    摘要:

    面向新一轮科技革命和产业变革,针对新工科背景下学生解决工业微生物育种复杂问题的能力不断提升的要求,以“厚植家国情怀,强化交叉融合,注重创新实践能力培养”的理念为引领,以学科竞赛为载体,构建并实践了“价值塑造、创新教育和实践提升”三位一体的工业微生物育种新质人才培养路径。厚植家国情怀,强化专业教师思政教育能力,提升大学生思政素养教育质量;激发创新精神,构建“金字塔”式学科竞赛训练模式,因材施教培养学生创新能力;强化实践能力,优化院校企三级实践训练平台,梯度递升学生的工程实践能力。基于赛培研有机融合,在生物工程类本科专业工业微生物育种新质人才培养方面取得了一定的成效,以期对其他领域的新质人才提供了一些借鉴和参考。

    Abstract:

    In a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, to improve students’ ability of solving complex engineering problems in industrial microorganism breeding under the background of emerging engineering education and guided by the education philosophy of strengthening the patriotism, interdisciplinary integration, and innovative practical abilities, we have constructed and implemented a three-in-one (morality shaping, innovative thinking motivation, and practice improvement) path for cultivating new-quality talents in industrial microorganism breeding through competitions. The ideological and political education of professional teachers was promoted to improve the ideological and political literacy of college students. We constructed a pyramid training model to motivate students’ innovative thinking in accordance with their aptitude. A three-level practice platform was optimized to gradually boost students’ engineering practice abilities. By the integration of competition, training, and research, we have achieved in cultivating new-quality talents in industrial microbial breeding, which might provide references for fostering new-quality talents in other fields.
