人体微生态学是研究人体各部位微生物群的分布、结构、功能、动态变化及其与宿主相互依赖和相互制约关系的科学。人体微生态学研究有助于揭示人体微生态系统在维持健康和导致疾病中的作用机制，为疾病的预防、诊断和治疗提供新的策略。本文综述了人体微生态学的研究方法、人体各部位微生物群的结构、功能以及与疾病的关系，探讨了其在相关疾病的诊断和治疗方面的重要进展，同时为人体微生态学的未来发展指明了方向。

Abstract:

Human microecology is the study of the distribution, composition, function, and dynamics of the microbiota residing in various human body sites, as well as the interdependent and mutually constraining relationships between these communities and the host. The multidisciplinary field focuses on communities encompassing bacteria, fungi, viruses (including bacteriophages), archaea, and protozoa. Research in this area elucidates how the human microbiota influences health and disease, offering novel strategies for disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. This review summarizes the progress of methodologies and the composition and function of microbial communities across different body habitats, alongside their associations with diseases. It also discusses significant advancements in diagnosing and treating related diseases, and prospects future directions for human microecology research.
