    摘要:

    人兽共患病病原菌严重威胁着畜牧业的发展及人类健康。随着抗生素的广泛使用,细菌耐药性问题愈加严重,噬菌体因具有特异性强、不易产生耐药性等优势,在细菌感染的防控与治疗方面引起广泛关注。然而,噬菌体治疗在临床应用中仍存在诸多制约因素。可以从阻断传播途径入手,将噬菌体应用于防治人兽共患病病原菌的感染和传播。本文针对人兽共患细菌病噬菌体防治研究进展及应用进行简述,并对其未来发展进行展望,以期为噬菌体的防控及治疗的应用研究提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Zoonotic pathogens pose a grave threat to the development of animal husbandry and human health. As antibiotics have been extensively and excessively utilized, the issue of bacterial resistance has intensified. Bacteriophage therapy for bacterial infections has regained prominence due to its strong specificity and low propensity for developing bacterial resistance. However, constraints persist in the clinical application of bacteriophage therapy. By interrupting transmission routes, bacteriophages offer broader prospects for preventing and controlling the infection and dissemination of zoonotic pathogenic bacteria. This article briefly reviews the research progress and applications of bacteriophages in the prevention and control of zoonotic bacterial diseases and offers insights into the future development in this field, with the aim of providing valuable insights and references for subsequent studies on the prevention, control, and therapeutic application of bacteriophages.
