Abstract:

Abstract:To investigate the functions of the bacteria endogenous plasmid，which include bacterial drug resistance，symbiosis，capsular formation and heavy metal resistance，the endogenous plasmid needs to be cured first． We reviewed physical，chemical and molecular biological methods of endogenous plasmid curing，clarified the curing principles．The prospective of research on plasmid curing was also discussed，based on our own studies．
