    Abstract:

Abstract:Bocavirus was considered as a member of the subfamily parvoviriae of the family parvoviridae, which includes bovine bocavirus, minute virus of canines, human bocavirus,as well as the newly identified swine bocavirus, gorilla bocavirus, feline bocavirus, canine bocavirus and bocavirus identified in California sea lion sample. At present,as an emerging pathogen, bocavirus members attract great attention by researchers worldwide. We reviewed published papers in combination with our study for several aspects of bocavirus family including their classification, genome structure and replication, clinical pathogenic characteristics and molecular pathogenesis.
