    Abstract:

    Abstract:The necessity and feasibility of constructing dominant genome-simplified strains for industrial production were introduced，based on some successful cases in which the production efficiency was improved after simplifying the genome of strains． The principle and process of genome simplifying were summarized． In addition，the perspective of dominant genome-simplified strains for industrial production was discussed，combined with authors' own studies.
