    Abstract:

Abstract: Type Ⅵ secretion system (T6SS) is a newly found secretion system, which distributes widely in Gram-negative bacteria. It consists of structural proteins (constitute secretion system), translocated proteins (form transmembrane pipe structure), secretory proteins and a few auxiliary function proteins for secretion systems. T6SS can enhance the adaptability of bacteria on the environment, mediate pathogenicity to host cells and has some other functions.
